Some notable ommissions:

"Tiny Dancer" scene in Almost Famous

"A Quick One While He's Away" revenge scene in Rushmore...you can't deny that the slo mo Jason Schwatzman swagger to "you are forgiven" kicks so much ass, it should be illegal.

While the Clockwork Orange version of "Singing in the Rain" is indeed classic, it's not quite as good as the original "Singing in the Rain" scene in Singing in the Rain.

Yes, I easily could have put that scene from Rushmore in. Wes Anderson always has amazing music sceness in his movie. And well I must admit I've never scene "Singing in the Rain" I find it hard to believe that its better than the scene from A Clockwork Orange. However that being said... opinion noted.
